These muffins were such a lovely holiday breakfast option, I added on cream cheese and pecans to mine, but you can enjoy them any way you like. They are filled with a tsp of cream cheese icing, But are really brought to life with the added regular cream cheese to make it a delicious breakfast option. I finished my meal with a baked apple, cut in half with cinnamon sprinkled on, and some egg nog.

A personal favourite, this french-canadian wartime dessert is so warm and sweet, but also amazing served cold. I paired mine with some salted caramel ice cream and the combination was beautiful paired. This was pretty easy to bake given how much work that can go into some recipes.

Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

When I considered making cinnamon rolls for my friends and saw a total 2 hour prep and cook time, I rethought it. I did decide to do it anyways, and it was no where near as tedious and difficult as my brain thought it would be. My recommendation is to get yourself a piping bag and some fun tips for the final step: Icing! This made the last part of the processing more exciting and I had a great time finishing off the baking process.
